Our Managing Partners are the architects of our firm and lead our global team of consultants. They work tirelessly to implement within our company many of the strategic frameworks and methodologies we champion with other firms. Of course every firm is unique, however, there are certain business transformation principles that are transferrable to any industry or sector.

Meet our Managing Partners

What makes our partners great consultants and advisors is they've had their share of major wins and major

losses in business, so they can identity with the typical SMB CEO who's either building or rebuilding.

"My most difficult time of leadership was during and after COVID. We lost millions of dollars in revenue and had to trim our team significantly. Additionally, I had to be out of the firm for nearly 2 years battling a major health issue. Since then, we revised our strategic direction, brought on a new Managing Partner, established significant global partnerships and have significant traction to impact the future of consulting."

Charlie Williams

Charlie was a co-founder of Blue Ridge Holdings, a bank holding company and the parent company of CertusBank that raised $500M to buy failing banks. Previously, Charlie served as Managing Director and Principal Administrative Officer of Global Markets and Global Investment Banking at Bank of America. Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Williams worked as a trader and Senior Regulatory Risk Management Executive at several “bulge bracket” Wall Street investment banks.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Marquette University. Charlie formerly served on the boards of the United Way Legacy Foundation, Junior Achievement, and Charlotte Latin School. He is also a member of the Morehouse University President’s Council.

"My most difficult time of leadership was in 2010 after being a key figure in a $500M capital raise then becoming co-CEO of a startup that grew to over $100M in revenue in the first 12 months and $2B in assets within the first 2 years. What started with such promise, soon became a business nightmare. This business failed and I learned that character and competence must remain fused throughout the business lifecycle, and if you have to choose one, choose character."
